How to Check Patient Eligibility in TriZetto

Accessing TriZetto's Eligibility Portal:

To do this, please take the following steps:

Step 1: Navigate to https://mytools.gatewayedi.com/ and log in.

Step 2: Click "Manage Patients"

Step 3: Click "Run Individual Eligibility Inquiry"

Step 4: Choose the correct insurance payer from the left-hand side.

Step 5: Enter Patient/Subscriber Information

Step 6: Click "Submit Eligibility Inquiry"
