Why Chat Support instead of phone support? Simply, it's faster! When you reach out to our team regarding eligibility or claims, we're checking the backend for a resolution. Some issues may require additional investigation that we can do much quicker through chat. We know your office is busy so we don't want to tie up your phones if we don't have the answer right away.
