Claim confirmation emails

Once a claim is submitted, you can send a confirmation email to the patient for their records

After a claim has been filed, you will reach a final prompt that will allow you to send an email to the patient. This gives them assurance that a claim has been filed on their behalf. All you need to do is to enter in the patient's email and click "Send."

The patient will immediately receive an email confirming their claim was submitted by you. There is no personal health information (PHI) on the email.
