From time to time, you may experience the following scenarios:
A patient decides to cancel or return the materials they recently purchased
A claim was submitted with errors
A claim was erroneously or accidentally submitted
Not submitted
If the claim hasn't been submitted to the insurer, you can CANCEL it directly through the platform. Right by the claim, you'll see a CANCEL button - You'll want to click that to cancel the claim.
Sent to the vision insurer
Once the claim has been sent to the vision insurer, there is no good way for us to intercept it. The best way to cancel the claim is to have the patient notify the vision insurer that they would like to cancel the claim.
