Deleting a patient will remove all related coverage, benefit, and plan information. Any incomplete claims for this patient will be canceled. All filed claims will continue to be processed.
Should you need to delete a patient, navigate to the patient’s profile, and select the grey trash can icon on the patient’s profile’s top-right corner. A pop-up will be displayed to confirm that you intend to delete the patient and all relevant data within Anagram.
