When you see a "Reserved" beside a particular benefit, it likely means the patient went to another office and pulled an authorization for that benefit before coming to you.
Not to fear, this authorization can be removed. To remove this reserve/hold, click the "Release" option next to the specific benefits.
Important: This button simply has our team remove the auth hold. If the patient has already received services from the first office that pulled authorization they should already have a pending claim and your team should not bill the insurance again. In this case, it is important to verify with the patient that they have not used their benefits already.
