Within our app, you can explicitly print two things: benefits coverage and claims. Printing these items on paper can occasionally help your patients better understand their costs and vision plan details.
Printing benefits and coverage
You can improve your patient capture rate by showing your patients a printed summary of their costs and benefits during their visits. Your patients will have a better understanding of how much of their services and materials are covered by insurance, how much they owe in cash, and your practice's out-of-network discounts.
Navigate to the patient's profile page
Click on "calculate benefits" to view their insurance plan (NOTE: you must have connected a valid insurance plan to this patient)
Click the printer icon in the upper right corner
Printing a submitted claim
Give your patients a memorable out-of-network experience by filing on their behalf and sending them off with a printed summary of the claimed file; including an overview of charges, an estimate of their reimbursement, and the date you filed their claim. Not only will they thank you for filing on their behalf, but they'll be so impressed, they'll refer all their friends and family to your practice.
Navigate to the filed claim that you would like to print (NOTE: you can get there from the patient's profile page or the claims list)
Click the "Print" button in the upper right corner
